Design patent application

Zhimao focuses on providing appearance patent related services to help companies protect product designs in Thailand and Southeast Asian markets and enhance market competitiveness.

We provide customers with full-process appearance patent services, covering patent search, scheme design, document writing, application submission, review follow-up and authorization maintenance. First, we will conduct patent searches on the products provided by customers, evaluate the novelty and registrability of the design, and ensure the success rate of the application. Subsequently, we assist customers in improving the patent application scheme and optimizing the design expression to meet the review standards of Thailand (DIP).

During the application process, we will prepare and write patent documents to ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements, and assist customers in completing the production of patent drawings to accurately show the appearance characteristics of the product. After submitting the application, we will continue to follow up on the review progress and provide supplementary materials or modification suggestions based on the review opinions to ensure smooth authorization.

In addition, we also provide patent maintenance and management services, reminding customers to pay annual fees on time to avoid patent expiration, and provide patent infringement warnings and rights protection support to help companies protect their intellectual property rights and prevent plagiarism and counterfeiting.
